Eligibility for Returns


Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.


The item must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging with all tags intact.


You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.



Non-Returnable Items


Products showing signs of wear, misuse or damage caused after delivery.


Items purchased during limited drops or special editions (as they are exclusive).


Customized or engraved products.



Refund Process


Once your return request is approved and the product is received back, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.


In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.



Exchanges


Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.


If the exact item is not available, you may opt for a different product of equal or higher value (with price adjustment).
